Bridging the Gap Adult Day Center has proudly served the Columbus, Georgia community for over five years, specializing in comprehensive care for the elderly and disabled. Our center offers a variety of services designed to support the well-being and engagement of our clients. These include reliable transportation to and from the center, professional medication assistance during visits, nutritious meals and snacks, and dedicated quiet rooms specifically designed for clients with dementia. Additionally, we provide thoughtfully planned outings, sensory rooms, and a wide range of activities tailored to keep our clients actively engaged and socially connected throughout the day. Our commitment is to create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes health, independence, and quality of life.
